Job summary

IQ Resource Group-Lake Geneva is hiring quality Inspectors for 2nd and 3rd shift in Burlington, WI. Wage is $17.00-17.50/hour with 2nd shift 3PM-11PM and 3rd shift 11PM-7AM, Mon-Fri. Primary duties include inspection, assembly, packaging, data recording, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities cover rework, material handling, TPM/5S tasks, and training others in the area. Normal manufacturing environment with dust/noise/temperature variations. Spanish language support available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Experience using measuring devices.
• Consistently meet production and quality targets.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stand or sit for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to dust, noise and temperature variations.

• Perform quality inspection of molded and/or assembled parts.

• Package finished goods as required.

• Record and submit accurate production and quality data.
• Follow standard work, line clearance and setup verification procedures.

• Train others within the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours:

• 2nd shift 3PM- 11PM MON- FRI
• 3rd shift 11PM – 7AM MON- FRI
