• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain consistent output and product quality.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to help minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning.
• Check products visually and take basic measurements to verify quality.
• Identify and report equipment problems, quality concerns, and safety hazards.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Record production information and complete required documentation.
• Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate with teammates and supervisors.
