Job summary

Horizon Services, Inc. is seeking licensed LVN/LPNs (NM) for night shifts at Gateway Medical Sobering. Two positions, 11pm-7:30am and a cross-shift role, with a bilingual language test for a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care, accurate documentation, vital signs monitoring, and coordination with the medical team to manage withdrawal and MAT induction. CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN with New Mexico license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Substance Use Disorders, Mental Health and Crisis Intervention.
• Experience in similar setting with increased shift responsibility/leadership.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive participant care.
• Document thoroughly for all aspects of care.
• Coordinate care for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor vitals and assess withdrawal and safety.
• Administer medications with proper documentation.
• Supervise MAT induction with RN/NP/MD as needed.
