Job summary

Community Clinic seeks a Bilingual Clinic Nurse (LPN) to support our Family Practice team in Springdale, AR. The nurse will manage patient care under clinicians, conducting vital signs, administering treatments, and coordinating referrals.

The role requires AR-licensed LPN status and bilingual ability in English and Spanish or Marshallese. Strong teamwork, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines are essential. Monday–Friday, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Arkansas as an LPN is required.
• Bilingual ability in English and either Spanish or Marshallese is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient flow during clinic to ensure prompt service.
• Obtains vital signs and lab tests per protocol.
• Assists clinicians and administers treatments and medications safely.
• Maintains exam room supplies and cleanliness for efficiency.
• Documents patient interactions in the medical record.
• Refers patients to other providers and manages referrals.
• Adheres to HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA regulations.
