Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks a Multilingual LPAC Coordinator to oversee LPAC processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to federal and state bilingual requirements. You will collaborate with campus staff daily to support Emergent Bilingual students and ensure high-quality documentation.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely communication, and alignment with TEA LPAC guidelines, with onsite work across campuses in Texas. Training and professional collaboration are integral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or at least two years of college with LPAC experience).
• LPAC experience preferred; experience with PEIMS, TSDS, TREX, Ellevation, and Skyward preferred.
• Bilingual and biliterate candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy of data and all required documentation prior to LPAC meetings.
• Maintains physical and digital confidential LPAC records pertinent to Emergent Bilinguals in Ellevation.
• Requests and maintains documents, files, and records to provide an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Follows TEA LPAC Framework for identification, placement, and review of Emergent Bilingual students.
• Collaborates with the Manager of Multilingual Compliance and school staff to resolve TEA audits or TREx requests.
• Communicates clearly to provide work-related information to supervisors, principals, school personnel and families.
