Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Multilingual LPAC Coordinator to oversee LPAC processes and maintain accurate documentation for Emergent Bilingual students. The role requires collaboration with campus teams to ensure fidelity to TEA frameworks and state laws, supporting data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include maintaining LPAC records, coordinating testing, and providing ongoing professional learning to staff. Onsite role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with LPAC experience
• Experience with PEIMS, TSDS, TREX, Ellevation and Skyward preferred
• Bilingual and biliterate candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of data and documentation prior to LPAC meetings
• Maintain confidential LPAC records for Emergent Bilinguals
• Assist with language proficiency testing and LPAC meetings
• Collaborate with regional and campus staff to ensure accurate coding and compliance
• Provide support and training to staff on LPAC processes and timelines
