Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Account Executive to oversee end-to-end client orders, inbound shipments, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment based in Ontario, CA.

You will be the primary client contact, track orders, resolve issues, coordinate transportation, and work with warehouse teams to ensure accurate updates and timely invoicing while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of 3PL and WMS experience.
• Strong logistics background with customer service or account management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; Korean is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end coordination of CTK USA, Inc. client orders and inbound shipments.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams; provide detailed updates.
• Monitor shipment milestones and ensure accurate system updates for timely invoicing.
• Coordinate transportation logistics, trucker pickups, and container gate-ins to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to deliver innovative solutions and high levels of service.
• Develop and uphold SOPs and train new customers on systems.
