Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager based in Ontario, CA, to oversee end-to-end logistics within the Greater Los Angeles area. The role includes warehouse activities, inland trucking, drayage, cross-border transport, container handling, and last‑mile delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on US logistics experience, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and drive cost efficiency while improving SOPs and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Proven hands-on logistics/supply chain experience in the US
• Experience with warehouses, trucking, drayage, freight forwarding or last-mile delivery
• Familiarity with LA/LB ports and SoCal drayage preferred
• Strong cost management and vendor negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Excel and logistics systems (WMS/TMS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations across warehouses, trucking, drayage, cross-border transportation, container handling, and last‑mile delivery.
• Develop and optimize transportation schedules, routes, and plans to improve service levels.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Manage third‑party logistics providers and vendors; conduct performance reviews and negotiations.
• Prepare operational reports, cost analyses, and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with overseas management and local partners to meet logistics requirements.
