OneMain Financial Group in Ramah, Colorado is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan solutions and guide clients through the application process in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers base pay $18-$20 per hour plus performance-based incentives, on-site schedule Monday–Friday with potential extended hours, and opportunities for advancement across branch leadership tracks.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options
