Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Chico, CA, to help customers access friendly, fast financing while delivering excellent service. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan solutions, and work to meet branch goals in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

The role is on site with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday hours. Competitive base salary range is $19.00–$22.50 per hour, plus a performance‑based incentive program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Location: On site.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and guidance to achieve branch goals.
• Develop connections and present tailored loan solutions throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers across phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive and achievement orientation.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
