OneMain Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist in Chico, CA, to help customers access financing for life’s expenses. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options and support the loan lifecycle from application to payoff.

Role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and Spanish bilingual preferred. On-site position with competitive base pay and potential performance-based additional compensation; full benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual – Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and tailored loan solutions.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, in compliance with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a driven, goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Work M-F during standard hours with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.
