Location: Hybrid – West Valley, AZ (2–3 days in-office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year + Per file bonus + Monthly Bonuses

We’re looking for a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor (Spanish-English) to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys guiding borrowers through one of the biggest milestones of their lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters throughout the loan process
• Review loan applications and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking clients
• Order and verify third-party documentation (credit reports, appraisals, title, VOEs, etc.)
• Prepare and submit complete loan files for underwriting
• Track loan progress and keep all parties in the loop
• Ensure compliance with all guidelines, policies, and regulations
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of mortgage loan processing experience (preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan products
• Experience with Encompass LOS a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
