What You'll Do

The Loan Processor will be responsible for the initial review of the Renewal along with miscellaneous production tasks within a specialized production team. The Loan Processor will support the Renewal and New Business Departments.

Production Responsibilities

• Complete the initial review of the file (file set-up, run credit reports, order life insurance illustrations and collateral)
• Review illustrations and collateral for accuracy, confirm Advance Rates with Credit and enter into L3
• Confirm non-financed premium payments
• Determine type of Matured loan (Lite or Standard)
• Book, issue invoice, and submit L3 checklist for 30 day Libor Loans
• Apply incoming payments in L3 after confirming payment came from approved Party to Deal
• Update SalesForce as necessary with each step of Initial Review
• Adhere to Policies and Procedures
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators within guidelines set by Department Leader
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Relationship Responsibilities

• Ensure and own client satisfaction
• Work closely with other customer facing team members and specialized team members

• 0-3 years of financial services or insurance industry experience, preferred

Compensation

The estimatedhourly ratefor this role is $24.00 - $31.25 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actualpayrate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
