Assurasource, Ltd. is seeking a licensed bilingual LMSW for remote Texas teletherapy. The role focuses on individual, couples, and family therapy for adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma, via secure telehealth.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW with an active Texas LMSW license, has telehealth experience, and can document sessions and assessments in compliance with HIPAA. Knowledge of CBT is a plus.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Active LMSW license in the state of practice (Texas).
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adults.
• Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience using CBT.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Deliver telehealth counseling remotely while building therapeutic rapport.
• Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.

Pay Rate: $40.00/Session : $45.00/Intake

Job Overview: Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
• Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.
• Valid, active Texas LMSW license.
• Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations across a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
• Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Experience developing personalized treatment plans.
• Experience maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
