Job summary

Lemonade Mental Health PLLC in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a growing, culturally responsive practice. You will provide psychotherapy to young adults and international students, with telehealth and in-person options depending on client needs.

The role emphasizes ethical, client-centered care and collaboration within a supportive team, with opportunities for supervision and professional growth in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Active LMHC license in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults or young adults.
• Strong clinical documentation and timely notes.

Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (telehealth and/or in-person)
• Implement evidence-based treatments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Refer clients to other providers when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans)
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and team members as needed
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, or supervision
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards in Massachusetts
• Support a welcoming, inclusive environment for diverse clients
