Job summary

Lemonade Mental Health is a growing, culturally responsive group practice serving young adults and international students. We provide psychotherapy, medication management, and group therapy in a warm, collaborative setting.

We are seeking an LCSW to join our team and supervision is provided. This role focuses on clinicians who work with diverse populations, including international students navigating cultural adjustment, academic stress, anxiety, and identity concerns.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to provide telehealth services to clients located in MA.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults or young adults.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to complete notes promptly.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (telehealth and/or in-person, if applicable)
• Implement evidence-based treatment approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Refer clients to other providers when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of patient information and treatment plan (e.g., intake, progress notes, treatment plans)
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other team members when appropriate
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, or supervision (as needed)
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in Massachusetts
• Support a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
