Job summary

Murray Guari Perry Trial Attorneys, a seasoned boutique plaintiffs’ firm in South Florida, seeks a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site role in West Palm Beach, FL. You will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, researching cases, organizing files, and filing pleadings and motions.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with personal injury matters, and a Paralegal certification or Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review.
Experience with legal research and analyzing case-related information.
Knowledge of preparing and filing pleadings and motions.
Strong organizational and communication skills; on-site work.

Responsibilities

Prepare legal documents and filings for attorneys.
Conduct legal research and organize case files.
Review and maintain case materials for trial readiness.
File pleadings and motions with the court and manage calendars.
Collaborate with attorneys to support case preparation.
