Job summary

Rubenstein Law in Tampa seeks a Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals through all phases of litigation. You will organize case files, coordinate proceedings, and secure medical and legal documents for depositions, mediations, and trials.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client service. Prior PI exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent customer service and strong organization.
• Minimum of one year of office experience.
• Experience with personal injury files is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Request all litigation documents: medical records, liens, bills, radiology results, etc.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients about discovery.
• Assist attorneys with discovery translation and interpretation.
• E-file completed discovery in the portal.
• Assist with trial preparations.
• Support various attorneys and paralegals on case tasks.
