Job summary

QUICK USA, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Japanese-Bilingual Licensing Associate to drive growth by licensing content and expanding distribution across partners and platforms. You will negotiate deals, draft agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver assets and royalty reports.

The role requires deep IP rights knowledge, strong sales skills, and fluency in English and Japanese, with extra credit for Spanish/Portuguese. Hybrid work, standard hours, international travel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Japanese required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content distribution, IP rights management, sales to key accounts, and VOD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international HQ to prepare sales materials for solicitation to key accounts.
• Assist in pitching programs to clients, negotiating deal terms, and drafting agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize contracts and deliver assets (Master files, Press kits, programming data).
• Ensure timely royalty reports and payments in collaboration with accounting.
