Ascend Healthcare Inc. is a fully remote behavioral health provider delivering psychiatric and therapy services nationwide.

We seek a bilingual Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) with a California license to deliver counseling via telemedicine to patients of community health partnerships. The role requires a remote-ready clinician with a patient-first mindset and experience in trauma modalities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and California.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Patient-first mindset.
• Trained and/or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic-Based Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Attachment-Based Therapy, CPT, Polyvagal Theory, or IFS.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using evidence-based modalities in individual and group therapy.
• Reviews and signs psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
• Maintains clinical records and ensures documentation complies with legal and contractual requirements.
• Conducts crisis intervention as needed and participates in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Participates in supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency.
