Job summary

Ascend Healthcare is seeking a bilingual licensed mental health professional to provide remote counseling via telemedicine to patients served by our Community Health Center partners. The clinician will deliver evidence-based therapies to support recovery and stabilization from home.

Active licensure in the state of residence is required; we may require additional licensure in Arizona or Oregon. This is a remote, full-time position with a collaborative, remote-first team and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment remotely via telemedicine.
• Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) to meet clinical needs.
• Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed.
• Document services and patient activities in the clinical record.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed and participate in case planning.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency.
• Provide case management and support recovery and community reintegration.
