Next STEPS Worldwide seeks a Managing Clinical Director (Licensed Psychologist) in Irving, TX. This in-person role oversees daily clinic operations, leads a multidisciplinary team, and aligns local initiatives with corporate strategy to deliver top-tier client care.

You will mentor staff, drive community engagement, and collaborate with leadership to shape the future of outpatient care in Texas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Texas.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct client care while maintaining high care standards and compliance.
• Lead and mentor psychologists, therapists, and staff to foster a supportive team culture.
• Develop local strategies to drive clinic success and align with company goals.
• Act as a liaison between your clinic and corporate leadership.
• Represent the clinic in the community and build partnerships.
