Responsibilities

• Patrols and secures assigned premises to deter disorder and assist the public.
• Enforces the Patron Behavior Policy in coordination with library staff.
• Addresses issues with patrons to minimize disruption and escorts when needed.
• Serves as first point of contact for security concerns and incidents.
• Assists with No Trespass Orders and may render first aid in emergencies.
• Maintains incident reports and files on daily activities and administrative matters.
• Supports staff with closing procedures and building security.
