Job summary

Royal American Companies seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant at Andrews Place in Panama City, FL 32405. Under supervision of the Community Manager, you will assist in leasing the property, support resident services, and help promote available units to prospective tenants.

The role emphasizes excellent attendance, professional communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with residents. Bilingual preferred; experience with OneSite and affordable housing programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year property management experience preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred.
• Proficiency with OneSite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Assist in development and implementation of resident services programming.
• Enter and track service requests using maintenance software.
• Assist in screening and selecting prospective residents per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Prepare market surveys and traffic reports.
• Manage lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes.
• Collect late rents and other monies due to the property.
• Answer calls and greet prospective residents professionally.
• May perform housekeeping duties as needed.
