Three Pillars Capital in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent to drive leasing activity, engage prospects, and close deals. You’ll generate traffic, respond to leads, schedule tours, and convert prospects into residents.

You’ll work within a fast‑growing, promote-from-within culture, with opportunities to advance into Property Management or regional roles, and you’ll receive competitive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience.
• 3+ years of marketing and social media experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity and turn prospects into residents.
• Generate traffic through online and offline marketing.
• Respond to leads, schedule tours, and close deals.
• Manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Create marketing initiatives to boost traffic and visibility.
• Build relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Support retention and reduce turnover.
