The role focuses on maintaining occupancy, coordinating move-ins and renewals, and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, with benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for tours and written communication.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year direct sales or 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and guide applicants through leasing process.
• Communicate with residents in English and Spanish.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and coordinate move-ins/renewals.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support marketing and leasing goals to maintain high occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records following policy and Fair Housing rules.
