Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours, determine housing needs, and close leads.
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, including applications and lease agreements.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and other move-in charges.
• Communicate lease and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects who did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and assist with last-minute touches.
