Bilingual Leasing Agent (JR100684) Dallas, Texas

How you’ll make an impact :

• Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents.
• Contribute ideas to the management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
• Ensure that each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.

What you’ll do:

• Lease, lease, lease!
• Exceed resident experience expectations and engage with them.
• Greet, tour, show, and close all qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment information to verify qualifications.
• Perform outreach and online marketing; participate in Resident Events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance services.
• Walk the property and maintain the office and model apartments as needed.

Who you are :

• At least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be consistently detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen and understand goals.
• Creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
• Reliable transportation.

Our Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed on Sunday. The position requires weekend work. Hours may vary based on seasonal needs and resident activities.

Physical Demands:

• Climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
• Walk several acres to tour the community.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Sit or stand for extended periods.
