Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this position.
• 3–5 years of residential construction project management experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and the residential construction process.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with BuilderTrend, JobTread or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability to Project Managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Establish and enforce best practices for scheduling, cost control, and documentation in BuilderTrend.
• Coach Project Managers to strengthen problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lead regular check-ins to review progress, feedback, and priorities.
• Review schedules and budgets to identify risks, delays, or cost overruns early.
• Escalate issues to leadership before they reach executives.
