Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of 25–40 active projects in the multi-family sector. The role leads internal teams, subcontractors, and vendor partners with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

You will manage WIP, forecasts, change orders, and client communications while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in a field-based, highly travel-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience handling high-volume multi-site projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of construction methods across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout using advanced tools.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio, 25–40 active projects or turnovers across properties.
• Enforce safety programs and compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and building codes.
• Manage WIP, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; identify change orders.
• Source, onboard, and manage subcontractor networks across trades.
• Coordinate on-site execution, logistics, and risk tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders; provide regular updates.
