Job summary

TrueCare is hiring a Lead Medical Assistant for Family Medicine in Vista, CA. You will manage MA and receptionist duties, ensure smooth clinic flow, and perform clinical and admin tasks under a licensed practitioner's supervision.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with MA certification, 3 years' experience, and EHR documentation skills. Internal applicants only. Competitive benefits and pay range provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Three years of Medical Assistant experience.
• One year experience with documentation in an EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate roles and responsibilities of clinic staff.
• Ensure clinical floor flows properly and perform clinical tasks.
• Perform administrative tasks under supervision of a licensed care practitioner.
• Advocate for Medical Assistants and improve workflow.
• Serve as backup Vaccine Coordinator and train staff as needed.
