LINK Staffing is seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined Bilingual Lead Machine Setup Technician to support a growing manufacturing operation. This is a new and strategically important position responsible for ensuring production equipment is properly set up and ready to manufacture quality parts safely, efficiently, and consistently. The Lead Machine Setup Technician will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supervisors, and machine operators across multiple departments. Because this position will provide hands‑on guidance, training, and support to a diverse production workforce, candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate effectively in both languages. Extensive training will be provided to develop expertise across multiple types of manufacturing equipment. As the setup team expands, this individual will also help train and mentor future Setup Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
