Job summary

San Ysidro Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide psychological assessments and brief evidence-based treatment in a primary care setting for adults, older adults, children, and families. You will work with primary care providers to design and implement treatment plans and respond to crises as needed.

The role requires CA LCSW licensure, a MSW, and bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Arabic, with a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity and collaboration

Qualifications

• LCSW licensure in California is required.
• Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Arabic is required.
• Experience in or knowledge of primary care behavioral health.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments and brief evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and communicate with the care team.
• Coordinate with community resources to ensure continuity of care.
