Job summary

Kheir Clinic is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to enhance behavioral health services for underserved populations in California. This role involves working closely with medical and behavioral health teams, providing assessments and therapies, and fostering community health connections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinician, working with diverse multi-ethnic communities.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise & mentor ASWs.
• Project & personnel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and integrate behavioral health services within and outside of Kheir.
• Maintain protocols for integrated behavioral health activities across the Kheir network.
• Deliver focused intervention for clients in need of mental health services.
