Job summary

The role focuses on processing international and domestic orders, inquiries, and compliance documentation to ensure timely, accurate shipments for Latin American clients. The ideal candidate has 2 years in sales administration or export operations, experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel, and

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service, or export/import operations within a corporate or international business environment.
• Sales experience preferred, ideally within food distribution, grocery, or related industry.
• Proficiency using ERP systems or order processing software and strong MS Office skills (Excel).
• Experience working with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to coordinate shipments, billing, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Process international and domestic orders and enter accurately into the order processing system.
• Respond to inquiries about shipments, order status, and issue resolutions.
• Review orders to ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Provide customer service and sales administration support with timely responses and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with partners to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with pricing, delivery schedules, inventory, back-orders, and cross-matches.
• Travel internationally approx. monthly to LATAM region to visit clients and coordinate with affiliate offices.
