Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or residential landscaping experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a landscaping crew.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable and shows up to work on time.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and jobs efficiently.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Lead by example in using landscaping equipment safely and correctly.
• Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers and other landscaping tools.
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding.
• Maintain clean and organized flower beds and job sites.
• Install plants, mulch, flowers, and hardscape materials.
• Inspect and report equipment issues promptly.
• Pick up and deliver landscaping materials as needed.
• Ensure the crew clocks in and out at each job site correctly.
• Communicate clearly with the Account Manager about project updates or issues.
• Provide suggestions to improve landscaping tasks and crew efficiency.
• Help plan and schedule property visits with the Account Manager.
• Attend required safety and training meetings.
• Support and guide the crew to deliver high-quality service.
