Job summary

Tower Multifamily LLC is seeking a hands-on field operations leader to keep our landscaping operations running smoothly. You will oversee daily crew dispatch, equipment readiness, site quality, safety compliance, and manage multiple commercial accounts while communicating in English and Spanish.

This role focuses on leading crews in the field, solving problems proactively, and ensuring jobs are completed properly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish used daily in coordinating crews and communicating with clients.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years managing multiple landscaping crews in a commercial environment.
• Proven equipment and safety accountability experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch and scheduling of multiple field crews.
• Ensure jobsite quality control across all active accounts.
• Inspect equipment, vehicles, and trailers daily.
• Lead safety compliance and run weekly bilingual safety meetings.
• Hold crew accountable and manage performance and training.
• Direct client communication and issue resolution.
