CJ Schwan’s in La Palma, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Ethnic Sales to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and be the main contact for customer inquiries, inventory, and service issues.

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% incentive bonus based on performance; comprehensive benefits and an enhanced Total Rewards package are provided. This role is based in our La Palma office.

Competenze

• 3+ years in customer service, support, or process improvement.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Experience in the CPG or supply chain industry preferred.
• Results-driven with strong organization and prioritization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to build relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including entry, billing, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, inventory, and service issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Transportation.
• Monitor inventory and demand to preempt risks and implement improvements.
• Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in service and order management.
• Communicate product availability and updates to customers and internal teams.
