Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a full-time contract position serving K-12 students in Lawrence, MA. The role supports multilingual learners in a dynamic, diverse setting for the 26/27 school year.

With 37.5 hours/week, candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese are highly preferred to maximize language supports and IEP outcomes. Candidates will collaborate with teachers and families to advance student communication goals.

Qualifications

• Current SLP-CCC certification required.
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 students.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students across various grade levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
