Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in Taunton, MA for the 2026-2027 school year. You will collaborate with educators, families, and a vibrant student body to provide direct and indirect therapy across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, MA licensure or eligibility, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each student.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Massachusetts state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings

Compensation for this position ranges from $37.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
