Job summary

United Contractor Services is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Junior On-site Safety Associate to join our team. The role ensures office and job-site workers are trained in safety programs and federal/state regulations to prevent accidents and injuries, with emphasis on bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

This position requires out-of-state travel, a year of safety experience, OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to lead trainings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Construction Safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish.
• This position requires regular out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate quality and productive leadership skills.
• Implementation of safety programs daily.
• Lead employee & Subcontractor onsite training and organize workshops.
• This position may require being on your feet approximately 80% of the time.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
