Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish is required.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawn loan transactions.
• Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Sell jewelry, luxury goods, tools, electronics, collectibles, and more.
• Use POS software, email, and online platforms to complete transactions and manage listings.
• Merchandise and maintain an attractive showroom; test and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Assist with online listings and customer outreach.
• Follow up with customers to drive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and earn commission.
