Job summary

Colorado Pawn & Jewelry in Stuart, FL is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associates to help customers buy, sell, and obtain pawn loans across jewelry, luxury watches, electronics, and more.

The role welcomes bilingual English/Spanish speakers and individuals who enjoy helping people in a fast-paced retail setting. You will use POS software, inventory systems, online listings, and customer management tools while building lasting relationships and growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Jewelry, pawn, luxury retail, banking, hospitality, wireless sales, or commissioned sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and learning retail software, including point-of-sale systems, email, internet research, and online listings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers buy, sell, and obtain pawn loans on a wide variety of merchandise. Every day is different—from assisting a customer in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry to evaluating luxury watches, gold, electronics, musical instruments, designer handbags, tools, and collectibles.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll use point-of-sale software, inventory systems, online marketplaces, and customer management tools while building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of the store.

No two days are the same. You'll gain valuable product knowledge, develop professional sales skills, and become part of a supportive team that values integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
