• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned MSP clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
• Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor the delivery of IT services against SLAs, ensuring timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
• Account Growth: Identify potential opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling additional IT solutions.
• Contract Management: Manage client contracts, renewals, and billing processes, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly analyze client data and generate reports to demonstrate the value of MSP services and identify areas for improvement.
