Job summary

Cinter-Networks in Torrance, CA is seeking an ERP Consultant to join our bilingual team. You will support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, collaborating with business units and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have ERP or IT support experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and a solid understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory Management, plus Japanese language proficiency for cross‑cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Some experience with ERP systems, business applications, IT support, or a related field.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
• Help configure, test, and maintain ERP modules
• Provide end-user training and day-to-day system support
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve them
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency
