Intone Inc. is seeking a Bilingual IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12+ month contract in Kansas City, KS.

You will lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives, coordinating with customer leadership, cross-functional staff, and Japan-based resources to ensure successful delivery in a complex enterprise setting. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, executive reporting, and the ability to navigate consensus-driven environments across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting and reporting to executive management.
• Ability to lead projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge across network, security, cloud, on-premises, OS, middleware, and data center domains.

Responsibilities

• Overall project leadership and execution of infrastructure initiatives.
• Issue and risk management, including proactive identification and mitigation.
• Customer and stakeholder management across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Executive-level reporting and communication.
• Escalation management and problem resolution.
• Coordination between customer teams, project teams, and Japan-based resources.
• Driving project outcomes and ensuring successful delivery in enterprise environments.
