Job summary

Charles Schwab in Orlando is seeking an International Client Service Associate to service international and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs. You will help with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, and support translation services.

This hybrid role requires Spanish fluency, relevant licenses or willingness to obtain, and strong communication, empathy, and integrity in a fast-paced environment. Training and potential evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak in Spanish.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR a condition to obtain within training time.
• Strong communication skills to establish trust with clients via phone/chat/email.
• Available to work in a structured schedule including lunch/break times.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and high integrity.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• 2 years of college study in finance/economics/business or related area; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services; 1 year with clients via phone/chats/emails.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of investment products and ability to explain them.
• Ability to identify client needs with empathy, sound judgment and action.
• Flexible to work emails/chats/phones as business needs change.
• High flexibility in shift times, including early morning.

Responsibilities

• Service international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries via phone/chat/email.
• Assist with document translation services for internal partners and clients.
• Support evening and overnight shifts for clients and Stock Plan Services.
• Explain and discuss investment products with clients in a clear, understandable manner.
• Identify client needs, show empathy, and apply sound judgment to achieve objectives.
