Job summary

Charles Schwab in Orlando, FL seeks an International Client Service Associate to service international and domestic clients with all trading and account inquiries. You will support trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options and may translate documents for clients as needed.

The role is based in Orlando with a hybrid schedule post training. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is required; Series 7 and 63 licenses or a commitment to obtain them within the training period is expected.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR a condition to obtain these licenses within training time.
• Well-developed and effective communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Available to work in a structured schedule with pre-determined lunch/break times.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Service international and domestic clients with trading needs.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options; handle account inquiries.
• Provide document translation for internal partners and clients as needed.
• Support clients during evening and overnight shifts for Stock Plan Services.
