Job summary

Schwab seeks an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to service international and domestic clients with trading and account servicing needs. You will help with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, and provide document translation for internal partners and clients in Spanish when needed.

The role requires Spanish language proficiency, Series 7/63 licenses or eligibility to obtain them, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Required Spanish language proficiency (read/write/speak).
• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in financial services.
• Strong communication and empathy with clients via phone/chat/email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options.
• Provide full account servicing via phone/chat/email.
• Translate documents for internal partners and assist multilingual clients.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evenings/overnight shifts.
