Job summary

Louis Berk Law is seeking a Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to be the first contact for prospective clients. You will convert inbound inquiries into signed engagements, guiding them through retainers with warmth and urgency.

You will manage file creation in Filevine, maintain data accuracy, and meet performance metrics for response times and sign-ups. This on-site Orlando role offers a strong support structure and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in a high-volume, phone-based role such as inside sales, legal intake, insurance, admissions, or client services.
• Demonstrated ability to convert conversations into commitments.
• Confident, professional phone presence with sales and objection-handling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Typing speed of 45+ wpm.
• Comfortable with CRM/case-management systems and learning new technology.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, web leads, chats, and referrals.
• Build trust with prospective clients while guiding each conversation.
• Gather complete incident, injury, treatment, insurance, and contact information.
• Qualify leads and escalate questions to an attorney as needed.
• Send retainers, guide signing, and secure completed agreements over the phone.
• Follow up promptly with qualified unsigned leads.
• Maintain accurate lead information in Filevine and LeadDocket.
